Timesys provides multiple levels of support to help our subscribers solve their installation, configuration or integration challenges: BSP Evaluation Support - If you are evaluating Timesys distributions through our Free BSP program, Timesys will provide limited support for a period of time to help you get past the initial installation of the distribution on your target. Standard Support - Timesys offers standard 9x6 US EDT support for any LinuxLink subscriber. Standard support covers any distribution download, installation, toolchain setup, basic configuration or basic packaging questions. In addition, Timesys provides setup, configuration and troubleshooting support for our Timestorm IDE product. Support Feature Matrix
Developer Support - Customers facing integration challenges in a custom environment may require a level of consultative phone support with an embedded developer. Developer Support provides an enhanced level of support for the more challenging and unique problems faced by custom development, while still allowing the developer to retain primary responsibility for actual coding and integration.
